Refunds

If you are not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and you get it. No questions asked.

How

Email support@levelpartner.ai from the address on your account, or reply to your payment receipt. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

What happens after a refund

• Guide: access to the guide and its files ends.
• Top-up: unused top-up runs are removed.
• Subscription: the plan ends and your account goes back to free.

Cancelling instead

You can cancel a subscription any time from your account page in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
