levelpartner.ai is the controller of your data. We keep as little as we can and store it in the EU where our providers allow it.

What we store

• Your email address, plan, referral code and newsletter choice.
• What you type into the generator and the files it produces. Public runs are also kept as a redacted copy.
• Your purchases and subscription status, as Stripe reports them. We never see or store card numbers.
• Usage counters for runs and downloads, and simple product events (for example "checkout started") linked to your account.
• A session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is strictly necessary, so there is no cookie banner. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare: hosting, database, file storage, email sending, bot protection (Turnstile) and privacy-friendly analytics without cookies.
• Stripe: payments, tax, invoices, receipts and payment support through its Link checkout, as merchant of record.
• Anthropic: the Claude API generates setups and helps us write and check guides. Your generator input is sent to it to produce your files.

Why

We use your data to run the service you asked for (contract), to keep the site safe and working (legitimate interest), and to send the weekly email if you keep it on (consent, which you can withdraw with one click).

How long

We keep your account data until you delete your account. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. Magic links expire after 15 minutes.

Your rights

You can see, correct, export or delete your data. Delete your account from your account page: it removes your email, your private runs and the original files of your public runs. Redacted public archive entries stay, no longer linked to you. For anything else, email us. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
